Erstkommunion in Laar

Heute, am Sonntag, den 05.05.2019, stand Kommunionsgottesdienst auf unserem Programm. Wir sind gegen 09:30 Uhr losgefahren und um 10 Uhr ging es los. Die Kinder, die bei ihrer Erstkommunion bestätigen, dass sie an Gott und an die katholische Kirche glauben, waren besonders schön angezogen. Als sie in die Kirche reinkamen, war es für uns ein erfreulicher Anblick die Kinder lächelnd und glücklich zu sehen. Der Pfarrer hat eine Begrüßungsrede gehalten und anschließend wurde gesungen. Unsere Ableitungsleiterin war mit Ihrem Chor vor Ort und hat Flöte gespielt. Ich fand die Kommunion sehr interessant, da es meine erste Kommunion ist und ich zuvor nur auf Gottesdiensten war.

First time to the gym in Germany

Ali and his friends invited me to go to the gym with them, it was not easy for me to enter the gym but by Ali’s smarts and togetherness with his friend made it possible for me to enter the gym. I was very excited.

Back in Namibia am only used to equipments like barbell and dumbbell, but in FITX gym I was shocked and amazed by a lot of equipments, of some I don’t even know.

For such an experience like this, I was full of joy because not only I could work out but I could also learn how to use gym equipments that I don’t know. Not to mention the most coolest thing I have ever seen my entire life, in the gym there was a machine that provided favoured water for drinking, one can choose what favour they want from pineapple, orange, lemon and Apple.
